Returning a DEFECTIVE ITEM
Unless otherwise specified, we gladly accept DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES on products within 15 days of original invoice date. We shall have sole discretion as to the credit method. We may issue a credit to your card , ship a replacement product or exchange the item for something else.

Non Defective Returns
Returns of NON-DEFECTIVE items may, at our sole discretion, be accepted for return. NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A 15% RE-STOCKING FEE and such returns will be for store credit or refund at our sole discretion within 30 days of original invoice date. Please call us if you have questions about which products are returnable, which products may be subject to a restocking fee or for an explanation of circumstances under which a restocking fee may be charged.
** The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: Makeup, Wigs, Beards, Moustaches,Socks, Tights, Pantyhose,Teeth and any lingerie.

Payment methods
Please place your order onlin on our 100% safe and secure shopping cart. We accept Visa, Mastercharge, American Express and Discover..
When you place your order online, no employee of The Illusive skull will ever have access to your credit card information.
**Only the card holder whose name appears on the card may use the card. You must be 18 years of age to place a credit card order.
Orders can only be processed with the correct billing address and telephone number. All dollar amounts are listed in US dollars.

Shipping and Handling Rates
Ground Delivery time : We ship Fed Ex. Order can take up to 8 business days. Orders are shipped within 2 days of receipt of order. Minimum order is $19.95.
The costs are as follows:
Order total $19.95 - $30.00 = $8.50 S&H
Order total $30.01 - 60.00 = $10.50 S&H
Order total $60.01 - $90.00 = $12.00 S&H
Order total $90.01 - $120.00 = $ 13.00 S&H
Order total $120.00 - $300.00= $10% of order
Order total $ 300.01 and up = 15% of order
**Shipping charges are subject to change due to size, weight and destination. At that time you will be notified of the increase.
Rush/Express delivery is available for the Continental US only ( lower 48 states). The shipping charges are as follows:
Order totaling $ 19.95 - $120.00
Next Business Day - $35.00 plus the regular shipping cost
2nd Business Day - $ 25.00 plus the regular shipping cost
3rd Business Day - $ 15.00 plus the regular shipping cost
Order totaling $ 120.01 and up
Next Business Day - 35% of order plus the regular shipping cost
2nd Business Day - 25% of order plus the regular shipping cost
3rd Business Day - 15% of order plus the regular shipping cost
Please make sure you send us a physical street address only. (Sorry no Post Office boxes, mail box stores or UPS stores.)
Orders placed on Sat or Sun will be processed the next business day.

TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY
Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. Usual turn around time is 48 hours.
**Note - Ground order placed in September and October will be shipped out within 3 business days, due to the fact that it is our busy season. Orders shipped out in December are not guaranteed because of the heavy schedule of our shippers.
We will make every effort to get your package delivered to you by the date you request using the shipping method you choose. However, The Illusive Skull Costume Castle cannot be held responsible for delays due to the shipping carriers, weather or situations out of our control. We are not responsible for packages once it has been picked up from our location by a shipping company.
